ADMISSION

REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEADURES

  • ITALIAN STUDENTS holding a Laurea Triennale

  • INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS holding at least 3 years of academic studies (Bachelor’s Degree)

 
GOOD TO KNOW!

Working knowledge of the English language is a must. A language certificate is not required since the English level will be tested during the admission interview. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus.

Applications from young female candidates from developing countries are strongly encouraged.

No restriction is made on the field of study. All degrees are welcome!

BEFORE STARTING YOUR APPLICATION
Make sure you have the following documents to be uploaded into the online application procedure:
  • copy of passport (for EU students, a copy of ID)
  • copy of the academic  degree certificate 
  • transcript of academic records
  • reference letter (max 2)
  • Motivation letter (maximum 300 words!!)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV):  highlighting all the training and professional experiences 
  • For those applying for a scholarship: a copy of the ISEE declaration (for Italians) or a copy of the family income statement (for foreigners) related to the previous year. Non-Italian students can also attach a self-declaration of their income situation, or any other relevant document certifying their financial situation.
  • Payment of the application fee (50,00 euro) is mandatory
 
ONLY FOR APPLICANTS WITH A FOREIGN ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION/GRADUATED FROM A FOREIGN UNIVERSITY:
1. Original academic degree certificate  allowing enrollment in a post-graduate study course, and:
  • LEGALIZED by the Italian embassy/consulate in your country or located in the country where the degree was obtained

Legalization of documents is not required for Belgium, Denmark, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, France, Ireland, and Germany; it is also not required for documents that present an electronic/digital verification method of their truthfulness (QR code/code string).

  • or bearing an ‘Apostille’ stamp from the competent local authorities for countries adhering to the Hague Convention of 05.10.1961;
  • or accompanied by a CIMEA Statement of Verification issued by CIMEA – request it (login here to request it).
2. Transcript of records issued in English,/Spanish, French, or officially translated into Italian;
3 a. IF your title WAS NOT obtained in one of the countries that are signatories to the Lisbon Recognition Convention
  • Declaration of Value issued by the competent Italian embassy/consulate
  • OR CIMEA Statement of Comparability
  • OR Diploma Supplement (if the foreign qualification is issued by a European university)
3 b. IF your title WAS obtained in one of the countries signatory to the Lisbon Convention)
4. Any other relevant titles/attachments for the evaluation of the previous career
 
BEAR IN MIND!
The above-mentioned documentation must be produced in original and handed to the Master’s Secretariat by October 2026. 

ENROLMENT WILL BE FINALIZED only UPON DELIVERY OF THIS DOCUMENTATION.

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates must submit the online application on the DREAM APPLY platform by June 30th, 2026.
The online application is in three stages:
  1. REGISTRATION: Sign in on the top right of the webpage
  2.  Click on “APPLY NOW” 
  3. FOLLOW THE ONLINE PROCEDURE: insert the required information and upload the required documents
  4. PAYMENT: pay € 50.00 to cover the ‘Master’s application fee‘, within the deadline.  See the payment tutorial HERE The payment is to be made by the PagoPA online payment system, which allows immediate credit visibility. The payment of the application fee is mandatory.

* The paid contribution will not be refunded under any circumstances

* Candidates will be excluded if the application is sent without, in whole or in part, the required documentation
* Candidates will be excluded if they don’t meet the admission requirements

FOR NON-EU CANDIDATES

If you are a non-EU candidate, please check here if you need a VISA (Type D) to study in Italy. If the candidates are VISA applicants, after having received confirmation of admission from the Master’s secretariat, they must complete the registration on the Universitaly portal  (tutorial available here). After having completed the pre-enrollment application, please notify the Master’s Secretary by writing to cdn@unipv.it 

GOOD TO KNOW AFTER YOUR ARRIVAL IN PAVIA!
  • Fees already paid will not be reimbursed in case of withdrawal from the course
  • Non-EU students are required to apply for a residence permit and Italian health insurance. Have a look at the Unipv website and check the documents required to stay in Italy.

HOW TO HANDLE THE APPLICATION FEE (€ 50,00):
  • All applicants are required to pay ONLY through CREDIT CARD on PagoPA (see the tutorial HERE).

In case of a negative response or withdrawal of your application, the application fee (50,00 euro) will not be reimbursed.

GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT THE SELECTION PROCEDURES

A pre-selection will be made based on academic career, professional and studying experiences, and knowledge of the English language. Afterward, if your CV is considered, you will be invited for an interview to assess your motivation and knowledge of the English language. Interviews for pre-selected foreign applicants will be held via ZOOM call, while pre-selected Italian students will be invited for an interview in Pavia during July. The final results will be communicated by the end of July each year.

TUITION FEES

The cost of enrolment is €. 8.000,00

Fees include:

  • Attendance at regular program classes and seminars
  • Teaching material
  • Teaching Tutorship
  • Internship coaching
  • Vocational guidance and career orientation
  • Internship guidance
  • Free access to rooms and libraries

Fees have to be paid according to the following rules:

  • The first installment of 3.000,00 euro at the enrollment stage (by October 2026)
  • The second installment of 2.500,00 euro by January 11th, 2027
  • The third installment of 2.500,00 euro by February 24th, 2027

Other administrative costs: 

  • € 50,00 for the application. The amount is non-refundable in case of rejection of the admission 

  • € 116,00 for the Final Diploma Certificate (Pergamena/Wall Diploma)
