Tuition Fees

The cost of enrolment is 8.000,00 euro.

Fees include:

  • Tuition fees
  • Attendance to regular program classes and seminars
  • Tutorship internship & vocational guidance
  • Selected teaching material
  • Free access to computer rooms and libraries

Fees have to be paid according to the following rules:

  • the first installment of 3.000,00 euro at enrollment stage
  • the second installment of 2.500,00 euro by 10/01/2023
  • the third installment of 2.500,00 euro by 24/02/2023
Fees already paid will not be reimbursed in case of withdrawal from the course.
 
PROCEDURES

All the applications must include, in order:

  • application form (if you are applying for a scholarship, we kindly remind you to clearly specify it in the document*)
  • copy of passport (or identity card)
  • copy of the last university degree (optional for degrees obtained in Italy)
  • only for foreign applicants: validation of university degree through consular authorities (i.e. dichiarazione di valore/declaration of value)*
  • transcript of academic records
  • one (maximum two) reference letters
  • motivation letter (maximum 300 words)
  • curriculum vitae, highlighting training and professional experiences in the field of cooperation and development
  • for those applying for a scholarship: a copy of ISEE declaration (for Italians) or a copy of family income statement (for foreigners)** related to the previous year.

* the document is optional at application stage, while compulsory at enrollment stage. You will be asked to bring the DICHIARAZIONE DI VALORE / DECLARATION OF VALUE to the Master Secretariat by December, please remind to apply for it at the Italian Consulate in your country together with the visa before living your country.

**With reference to the scholarships available, in many cases, in Developing countries, no documents such as income statements are issued.  You can apply to a scholarship by inserting the most complete and accurate information you have in this regard. If you don’t have income statements, you could show payslips (yours and of your relatives), other kinds of the declaration on other scholarship you might have beneficiated from in the past (university, etc…), declaration of your employer, a family statement showing the number of persons that compose your family, self-declaration on the motivations for which you ask to be considered for a scholarship.

The University of Pavia requires the payment of 35,00 euro as “application contribution” to all the applicants. Please note that:

  • foreign applicants who are paying from outside EU are required to pay ONLY through CREDIT CARD on PagoPA (please follow the instructions on your reserved area under “payment PagoPA – charges billed“).
  • Italian applicants must pay through PagoPa or trough the MAV (you can download the MAV directly from the online application).

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Early applications are highly recommended!

A pre-selection will be made on the basis of academic career, professional and studying experiences, knowledge of English language.

Interviews for pre-selected foreign applicants will be held by skype call, while pre-selected Italian students will be invited for an interview in Pavia during the month of July 2020 (the exact date will be indicated in this section at a later stage). The final results will be communicated by the end of July 2020.

DUE TO THE HIGH NUMBER OF APPLICANTS ONLY SELECTED STUDENTS WILL BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THEIR SUCCESSFUL RESULT.
